Mr. Tsang said: "This year marks 10th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland, which also represents a milestone in the history of Hong Kong. The past decade has witnessed quite a few of changes in Hong Kong, especially the remarkable development of Hong Kong’s economy which maintains and enhances its advantages in drawing mainland and oversea investment.
